In my work with couples, I support each person's capacity to be aware of themselves and their partner; that by expressing their beliefs and feelings, they can, in turn, listen and respect each other and themselves. They learn to create mutual dialogue in the therapy room which becomes a natural part of their relationship. Each person learns to make choices and change behaviours that will take care of self, the other and the relationship.
